Dear WRO roboticists
Unfortunately, it has now come to this: we have to cancel the WRO events planned for November. The WRO Board and the Organizing Committee have reassessed the current situation and developments surrounding the coronavirus. We would have loved to meet on site to see the robots you have developed in recent months in action and to feel the WRO competition fever, but unfortunately everything is different this year.
New online competition!
Nevertheless, we don’t want to do without it completely. So we have prepared an online competition.
Please study these documents. The coaches can register (re-register) your team with their login from 25.10. onwards. We would be very happy if you would participate “online”. This way you can still show your robot and see what the other teams have developed and how they have mastered this year’s tasks.
The decision to cancel was not easy for us, but we are convinced that the WRO can make a contribution to protecting us and society.
We very much hope to see you “online” via chats and webcams on November 7, 14 or 21 and wish you a lot of fun with the further preparations.
