In the Future Engineers category, a self-driving vehicle drives around a course. It’s all about speed and precision, because the vehicle doesn’t know in advance where which traffic signs are and on which side they have to be passed. Skilled engineering, good sensors and cameras and the development of the driving program come together in this task for teenagers and young adults aged 14 to 22.
