WRO Switzerland provides girls’ teams and teams with two girls and one boy with a robot free of charge for the entire season. This is possible thanks to the support of our partners, ETH Zurich and the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences. Applications for the 2024 season are now possible.
Request for a free robot
- Fill out the application form at the bottom of the page.
- The project management will check your application and inform you in writing within two weeks at the latest.
- When you accept a free robot, you will receive a declaration of consent. Please fill it out and send it back to the project management with the signatures of all team members and their legal guardians.
- You will then be sent a robot.
- By registering, the Girls Team agrees to provide two blog posts with pictures or short videos by the end of June 2024, which will then be published on our Girls Blog.
- Register your team for a regional competition as soon as possible here. You have until March 15, 2024 to register. However, as the number of places at the Regio locations is limited, we recommend that you do not wait too long.
- At the end of the season, the robot must be returned unless the team intends to participate again in the coming season. The season ends when the team is eliminated from the competition, i.e. either after the regional competition, the Swiss final or an international competition. The project management will contact you about this.
