WRO Switzerland provides girls’ teams and teams with two girls and one boy with a robot free of charge for the entire season<\/strong>. This is possible thanks to the support of our partners, ETH Zurich and the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences. Applications for the 2024 season are now possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Application for a Girls robot<\/h2><\/div>

  1. Fill out the application form<\/strong> at the bottom of the page. The link is at the bottom of this page. <\/li>\n
  2. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a link to the declaration of consent. Fill it out, have it signed by the parents of the team members and send it to the project management (address in the e-mail). <\/li>\n
  3. The project management will check your application and inform<\/strong> you in writing within two weeks at the latest.<\/li>\n
  4. You will then be sent<\/strong> a robot.<\/li>\n
  5. By registering, the Girls Team agrees to provide two blog posts<\/strong> with pictures or short videos by the end of June 2024, which will then be published on our Girls Blog<\/a>. If the team qualifies for further competitions (Swiss finals or international competitions), the team also writes an entry for these events.<\/li>\n
  6. If you haven’t already done so: Register your team for a regional competition <\/strong>as soon as possible here<\/a>. You have until March 15, 2024 to register. However, as the number of places at the Regio locations is limited, we recommend that you do not wait too long.<\/li>\n
  7. At the end of the season, the robot must be returned <\/strong>unless the team intends to participate again in the coming season. The season ends when the team is eliminated from the competition, i.e. either after the regional competition, the Swiss final or an international competition. The project management will contact you about this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
