A coach then has the option of either requesting a full refund or donating the amount so that we can continue to enable many teams to participate in the WRO in the future.<\/p>\n<p>We endeavor to make the payment as soon as possible. Please note that our treasurer also performs his duties for the WRO on a voluntary basis in his free time. It can therefore take a few weeks before you have the money in your account.
